We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 1-5 years of experience; someone competent and ready to grow, without needing decades under their belt. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from the CEO, work at the intersection of AI, advertising, and publishing, and help shape how our product grows. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of LLMs and advertising, is a strong communicator, a self-starter, and excited to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Translate strategy and direction from the CEO into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories.
Write tickets, PRDs, demos, and other methods to guide engineering and design.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Assist with mockups and product flows to clarify requirements.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related role.
Experience working in the advertising, publishing, or AI/ML industries.
Strong writing and organizational skills; able to craft clear tickets and PRDs.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex industries and technical platforms.
A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Haves (Wishlist)
Familiarity with Agile practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear).
Prior startup experience.
